Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in the Mohali district. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization. The candidate will also work to continuously improve customer experiences and support the agency in achieving revenue and growth targets.
