Role Overview
We are looking for a driven
Business Development Specialist (IT Sales) to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate should understand the IT services landscape and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services
- Handle lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM records
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
