Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and target-driven Business Development Head to lead revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities in the Security Manpower and Facility Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key responsibilities

Lead generation & business development :- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, cold calling, referrals, and field visits. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Security Services, Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance, and other Facility Management solutions.

Client acquisition & relationship management :- Approach corporate clients, commercial establishments, builders, institutions, and industrial clients for business opportunities. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Sales closure & revenue growth :- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Negotiate contracts and finalise business agreements. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to existing clients.

Reporting & market intelligence :- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities through CRM tools. Submit regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market updates. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field — MBA preferred

8–12 years of proven B2B sales experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing

Strong network and deep understanding of the industry ecosystem

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
