Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying areas for growth. Day-to-day tasks include executing strategies to attract new customers, enhancing customer experiences, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficient Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and build professional relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying opportunities and understanding market dynamics
