Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Lead qualification & outreach:
- Qualify inbound leads generated from paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Initiate contact with prospects from webinars and cold/warm leads from previous campaigns to introduce the program.
- Explain the program's value proposition, USP, and outcomes clearly to senior management professionals and decision-makers.
- Handle questions, objections, and concerns confidently, guiding prospects towards an informed, timely decision.
- Appointment setting & pipeline management:
- Schedule consultation sessions with the executive coach and ensure prospects attend or are rescheduled promptly.
- After consultations, follow up systematically, identify frictions preventing closure, and drive the opportunity to a clear yes/no outcome.
- Stakeholder & sponsor coordination:
- Coordinate with sponsors and organizational decision-makers for nominations and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Persuade executives to complete payment within the committed timeframe and support any internal approval process.
- Ownership of targets & reporting:
- Take end-to-end accountability for lead-to-enrollment conversion.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM and share regular updates on pipeline health and performance against targets.
