Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Role OverviewIIM SKILLS is hiring Business Development Specialists to manage admission counselling and enrolment activities for its professional certification programs. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into confirmed admissions in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries (leads provided)
- Counsel learners on certification programs, curriculum, and career outcomes
- Assess learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments
- Conduct online counselling sessions and presentations
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
Skills & Experience Required- Minimum 6 Months of experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or Education Sales
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Ability to work in a structured, performance-focused setup
