This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want exposure to B2B sales, consulting, startup marketing, and founder ecosystems. You will engage with founders, SMEs, and growth-stage companies, understand their marketing needs, and consult the clients for the Client's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Consult and onboard investors, startups, founders, and SMEs.
- Identify and qualify leads via calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client marketing and pitch requirements.
- Present our offerings and close deals within defined targets.
- Client Engagement & Consulting
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects and clients.
- Map client pain points related to branding, pitch decks, visibility, and go-to-market.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Strategic Tie-ups & Partnerships
- Support development of tie-ups with startup communities, incubators, accelerators, coworking spaces, and ecosystem partners.
- Assist in partnership discussions to generate inbound leads and bundled offerings.
- Participate in startup events, demo days, and networking forums.
- Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, calls, proposals, and closures.
- Track daily activities, pipeline movement, and conversion ratios.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Number of qualified leads and discovery calls completed.
- Deal closure rate and average deal value.
- Client onboarding success and retention.
- Number of ecosystem partnerships supported or activated.
- Accuracy and discipline in CRM and reporting.
