Hiring: Institutional Partnership & Outreach Specialist (West Bengal)

At CADPOINT, we are on a mission to bridge the gap between college education and industry-ready skills for Engineers, Architects & interior designers. We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Specialist to be the face of our brand across colleges and universities in West Bengal. The primary focus of this role is lead generation through institutional collaborations, organizing awareness campaigns, and executing engaging presentation workshops on the value of recent technologies.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of institutional collaboration, including:
- Strategic Collaboration & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships and collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities, and polytechnics.
- Awareness Campaigns: Design and conduct compelling presentation workshops for students and faculty on the benefits, career scope, and future opportunities in CAD technology for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and Interior Design streams.
- Field Sales & Travel: Travel extensively to various educational institutions, industry events, and locations to meet with potential partners, faculty, and students to promote our training programs.
- Workshop Execution: Plan, arrange, and execute highly engaging and informative workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.
- Inside Sales Support: Follow up on leads generated from workshops and collaborations, providing necessary information and closing institutional enrollment deals.
- Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, feedback, and trends from educational institutions to help refine our course offerings and marketing strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Lead from the Front: Organize and conduct high-impact seminars and workshops for students.
- Build Alliances: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with College Principals, HODs, and Placement Cells.
- Drive Growth: Convert seminar leads into enrollments through persuasive counseling and follow-ups.
- On-Ground Execution: Travel across West Bengal to identify and tap into new institutional markets.
Who You Are:
- A dynamic presenter who can command a room of 100+ students.
- Experienced in Edutech, Field Sales, or Institutional Tie-ups (1–3 years preferred).
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Driven by targets and the excitement of closing a deal.
