Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR Calling) for US healthcare (Physician Billing)
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status & payments
- Manage denials, rejections & appeals
- Work on aging reports & outstanding AR
- Ensure timely claim resolution & revenue collection
Key Skills:
- Experience in AR Calling – Voice Process (US Healthcare)
- Knowledge of CMS1500 / Physician Billing
- Understanding of Denial Management & Claim Follow-ups
- Familiar with EOB / ERA & Insurance Portals
- Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS codes
- Good communication & negotiation skills
