We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (Field Sales)

Location: Chennai

Role Type: Full-Time | Field Work

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you.

Salary: 2.4 LPA + Incentives + Official Work Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential Vendors through field visits

Present company products/services and build strong vendor, clients relationships

Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain records of client meetings and sales activities

Incentive Structure:

Attractive performance-based incentives for every successful client conversion / closed sale.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing (Most Preferred)

Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English (Mandatory)

Bike and valid driving license (Mandatory)

Willingness to do full-time field work in Chennai

Strong communication and negotiation skills
