This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Gurugram. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
• Customer Service expertise with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
