Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to drive business growth, and expanding the company's market presence. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication abilities and a talent for delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to assess market trends and data
  • Experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and meet targets
