Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Sitapura, Jaipur. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with clients. The role involves developing strategies for business growth, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to align with company objectives and contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets will also be a core responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying market trends, evaluating data, and crafting business strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in tools and software for customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
