Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on customer leads
- Reach out to customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and promotional messages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales opportunities
- Share offers, promotions, and rental package details with customers
- Maintain proper lead database, follow-up records, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and booking execution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation / Customer Support
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, and CRM tools
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and convincing skills
