Sales Associate Job Description

Job Summary

Season Two Group seeks a proactive, customer-focused Sales Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and drive conversions in the senior living sector. The role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our services with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from campaigns and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Season Two services.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits and community tours.
  • Conduct client visits across communities when required.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead management.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

  • Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with senior clients and their families.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

  • Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across communities for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
  • Experience: 1 year preferred; freshers also welcome.
