Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager US Non-IT Staffing

Company: Fusion Life Sciences

Location: KPHB Phase 6, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM IST 4:30 AM IST)

Job Summary

Fusion Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in US Non-IT recruitment and staffing to generate and manage Tier-1 vendor and direct client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, vendor onboarding, and business growth within the US staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new Tier-1 vendor and direct client accounts for US Non-IT staffing requirements
  • Execute business development using candidate marketing, recruiter marketing, and referral-based methods
  • Identify and establish new points of contact within existing vendor accounts
  • Prospect and onboard new vendors through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely submissions and follow-ups
  • Share newly generated requirements with internal recruitment teams and track submission status
  • Manage and nurture vendor relationships to convert leads into long-term accounts
  • Maintain and update vendor lists, lead trackers, and daily activity metrics
  • Follow documented business development processes and flow charts strictly
  • Work on W2 / W2 High Priority (W2HP) candidate marketing and bench sales support
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and submission standards
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets consistently

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in US Non-IT staffing business development
  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
  • Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment
  • Strong coordination skills with recruitment and account management teams
  • Proficient in maintaining metrics, trackers, and dashboards

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Engineering staffing
  • Prior experience generating business for US-based staffing firms
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and vendor portals
