Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive lead generation and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across key sectors including Industrial, Warehousing, Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify and connect with potential decision-makers across target industries.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce Flipspaces and understand client requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure effective pipeline management.
• Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to hand over qualified leads.
• Consistently achieve assigned lead-generation and calling targets.
