Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gannavaram for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and supporting the customer service team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and performance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Familiarity with the agriculture or dairy industry is an advantage
