Role Description

This is a onsite full time role for a Business Development Specialist - Exports. As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, generating and managing leads, and actively pursuing partnerships globally. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication with international clients to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, trends, and identifying business opportunities.
• Proficiency in lead generation and conducting thorough market research.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with export procedures and international trade dynamics is a plus.
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in ethnic wear / festive wear exports role is preferred
