Provide accurate and personalized guidance on courses, counselling services, and admission

Convert leads into paid counselling registrations and confirmed admissions through effective
communication and relationship building.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
Maintain and update lead status, call logs, and follow-up activities in CRM systems for proper
tracking and reporting.
Coordinate closely with the counselling and admissions team for seamless case handling and
student onboarding.
Drive participation of prospects in webinars, counselling sessions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
Achieve monthly sales targets and admission goals as assigned.
Ensure a high-quality experience for students and parents through professional and empathetic communication.
Key Skills
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or counselling (preferred)
