Business Development Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Ei CREST among leading private universities in India
• Build relationships with senior university stakeholders (Admissions Heads, Registrars, VCs)
• Manage the full business development cycle from outreach to partnership closure
• Represent CREST at higher education events and webinars
• Share market insights to shape go-to-market strategy

• Strong business development mindset with entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to engage credibly with academic and leadership stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working with long, consultative sales cycles

Good to Have

• Experience in education, edtech, or higher education sales
• Familiarity with India's private university landscape
• Existing network within universities or academic institutions
