Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Janakpuri for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students, assessing their educational needs, and suggesting appropriate programs. The individual will assist students in navigating various academic pathways and career options, coordinate with university partners, and ensure a smooth admission process. Regular communication and follow-ups with students will be essential to support them in their academic decision-making journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for online UG PG programs by counselling them.

-Assist prospective students and working professionals by providing detailed information about the online programs offered.

-Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with the team and organizational goals.

-Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.

-Utilize CRM software to accurately record sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
