Position: Business Development Specialist B2B Sales

Experience: 1- 3Years

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Specialist with 2 years of experience in B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Manage both outbound and inbound sales opportunities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business objectives, and marketing goals
  • Pitch influencer marketing, creator-led campaigns, affiliate marketing, and content solutions to brands and agencies
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Handle client onboarding, service agreements, documentation, and other onboarding formalities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client servicing
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting through CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an Digital marketing agency, B2B startup, or creator economy company
