Role Overview

The Candidate will serve as the professional front face of the company, representing the brand during client meetings and interactions. The role focuses on meeting clients, understanding their requirements, assisting in communication, and ensuring a positive and confident brand presence throughout the client engagement process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and interact with clients in a professional and confident manner.
  • Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations during meetings.
  • Act as the front-facing representative of the brand during office visits, presentations, and discussions.
  • Support the internal team by clearly communicating client inputs and requirements.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist in creating a comfortable and positive experience for clients during meetings.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth client communication.
  • Represent the company's values, culture, and professionalism at all times.
  • Handle basic client queries and guide them to the appropriate internal team when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate them clearly.
  • Strong etiquette and customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with different types of clients.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Experience & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles, hospitality, sales support, or brand representation is preferred.
  • Background in modelling, hospitality, or customer relations is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
