Role Description – Business Development Specialist
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and closing new business opportunities for Creatikartta. This role focuses on end-to-end sales—from lead generation and market research to client acquisition and deal closure.
Key responsibilities include building a strong pipeline of qualified leads, developing strategic growth plans, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue generation. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align client expectations with delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
The primary objective is not just to bring in business, but to actively contribute to scaling revenue by closing high-value deals and maintaining ongoing client partnerships.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, offering lucrative performance-based incentives directly linked to revenue generation and business closures.
