I am an established businessman in chemical raw material trading, operating from a fully furnished 500 sq ft commercial office in Mumbai.
The space is underutilized, and I'm looking to create new, constructive business ventures in non-traditional areas such as IT, design, financial services, digital marketing, brokerage, or B2B trading support.
To achieve this, I'm seeking independent and entrepreneurial individuals who can build, operate, or bring new business ideas that can be run from my office under investor support.
Role Overview
You will take ownership of identifying, setting up, or managing new business opportunities from the office.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder with access to funding, workspace, and infrastructure, but without needing to invest personal capital.
Responsibilities
- Explore and evaluate new business models that can run from an office setup (B2B, service-based, or digital).
- Develop partnerships, clients, or projects in areas like IT services, trading, design, or finance.
- Manage small teams or freelancers if needed to execute projects.
- Handle day-to-day operations, while keeping the investor (office owner) informed through weekly updates.
- Prepare short business proposals and revenue projections for approval.
