Role Overview
This is a demo-led B2B sales role.
You will:
Reach out to targeted businesses (LinkedIn, calls, referrals)
Understand their operational workflows
Conduct product demos
Follow up consistently (4090 day cycle)
Close deals and maintain pipeline discipline
This is not transactional sales.
It is consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads (LinkedIn + outbound)
Book and conduct demos
Understand client workflows & position solution
Maintain structured follow-up process
Close 24 deals per month (steady state)
Work closely with founder for strategy feedback
Ideal Candidate
14 years in B2B / SaaS sales preferred
Comfortable with 4090 day sales cycle
Strong follow-up discipline
Can understand business processes (not just pitch)
Resilient to rejection

Compensation Structure
6 LPA (7030 split)
35k fixed
15k variable
Commission:
15% per deal
20% beyond 4 deals/month
Realistic steady target: 3 deals/month after ramp
