Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Pune Division. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for executing end to end client sales cycle right from prospecting to closing the deal. This role also demands for providing excellent customer service and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies
• Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to convey solutions clearly and build strong relationships with clients
• Experience and proven ability to nurture prospects and convert them into valuable deals
• Proficiency in Market Research for identifying new business opportunities and staying updated with industry trends
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a results-oriented environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the finance and investment industry will be a plus

Work experience:

Min 2 to 4 years (Inside sales)

Salary Range:

3.0 4.2 LPA (Based on experience & capability)
