Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inside Sales Activities:
  • Plan and execute inside sales campaigns.
  • Manage and support sales initiatives.
  1. Outbound Lead Generation:
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  1. Inbound Lead Generation:

Optimize SEO strategies and update website content to attract inbound enquiries

  • Monitor and analyze inbound traffic and lead sources.
  1. Sales Activities:
  • Take ownership of leads from generation to conversion.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects effectively.
  1. Event Tracking & Participation:
  • Maintain and publish an event calendar.
  • Identify and secure speaker slots and participation opportunities.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct account and stakeholder research.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for proactive lead generation.

Outbound Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads and pipeline generated.

Inbound Lead Generation: Volume of enquiries from web and other channels.

Digital Marketing Impact: Brand reach, visibility, and engagement metrics.

Event Participation: Number of events attended, and speaker slots secured.

Sales Conversion: Number of qualified leads and customer conversations.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in inside sales and digital marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.

Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
