Role Description

• Identify and approach Bridge Health's target customer segment for potential healthcare partnerships.

• Generate leads and develop opportunities for establishing clinics, pharmacies, health centers, and healthcare camps.

• Seek and secure partnerships for the establishment and operation of clinics and pharmacies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bridge Health's Key Institutional Stakeholders.

• Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase healthcare services, pharmacy solutions, and business proposals.

• Organize health camps, awareness programs, wellness initiatives to generate demand.

• Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and provide regular updates on business development activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, partnership, and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with experience in B2B or healthcare-related business development.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (or similar productivity suites), and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
  • Proven relationship-building skills, with a client-centric mindset and commitment to long-term partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or corporate health programs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets while maintaining professional integrity.
