Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with modern sales and marketing tools, including Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing platforms, and similar outreach solutions.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns across multiple channels — Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and more.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools for lead generation, campaign automation, and creative content ideation.
  • Experience creating and managing B2B sales campaigns (minimum 6 months). B2C sales experience is a strong bonus.
  • Proficient in campaign performance tracking, analytics, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Should have all the necessary tools to perform effective outreach and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and marketing goals.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM integrations and automation workflows.
  • Experience in A/B testing and ad creative optimization.
