Business Development Specialist

Blueberry Digital Labs is looking for a driven and collaborative Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling our teams to achieve their business development goals. You will focus on planning, coaching, and supporting your colleagues to ensure we hit our targets and continue to grow as a company. Your success will be measured by your ability to inspire and equip others to co-create high-quality results.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Plan and negotiate individual business development (BD) targets within a credible overall business plan.
• Hold people accountable to achieve their agreed-upon BD results and learn from their experiences.
• Report performance to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Play an enabling role with colleagues who have a wide range of other priorities, ensuring they invest sufficient time in BD activities.
• Coach and support your colleagues who make up your part-time BD team.
• Equip and inspire your colleagues to co-create the greatest quality products.
• Help colleagues who own targets to develop and implement action plans that make the best use of their time.
• Equip line managers with information that supports performance appraisals.
• Be secure in yourself to allow team members to enjoy the credit for their success.
