Experience :

013 years / 06 Months Intern in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development

(Experience in BGV / HR Tech / SaaS / BFSI / Staffing is a big plus)

About The Role :

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our Background Verification (BGV) business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys enterprise conversations, understands B2B sales cycles, and wants to build long-term client relationships in HR, BFSI, and compliance-heavy industries.

You'll work closely with founders, sales leaders, and operations to convert leads into trusted enterprise customers.

Key Responsibility :

  • Identify and generate B2B leads (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Operations)
  • Pitch Background Verification (BGV) solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Understand client hiring workflows and recommend relevant verification packages
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead demo proposal closure
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
  • Track competitors, pricing trends, and market insights
  • Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Must Have :

  • 013 years/ 06 Months Internship of experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Hunger to learn, close deals, and grow in enterprise sales
  • Exposure to BGV, HR Tech, SaaS, Staffing, BFSI, EdTech
  • Experience selling to HR, TA, Compliance, or Operations teams
