Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ECM, Analytics, Automation, App Development, and Staff Augmentation services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry verticals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise clients.
Understand client business needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions that deliver value. Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless delivery and alignment of sales efforts.
Provide valuable market feedback to inform product strategy and development.
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of 8+ years of progressive sales experience in selling technology solutions, specifically including ECM, Analytics, Automation, Application Development, and Staff Augmentation services, to enterprise clients.
Use to handle 7-8Cr top line business.
Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and consultative selling methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce).
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling to specific industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, Health- care, Manufacturing, Retail & Pharma).
Technical understanding of relevant technologies and platforms within ECM, Analytics, Automation, and App Development.
Existing network of contacts within the target market.
