Role Summary

Pan India Sales, the entire sales operations across India reporting Bangalore Head Office.

role is integral to translating Mecwin's vision and mission into actionable sales strategies that drive growth, market

penetration, and revenue across diverse regions. The focus will be on managerial control and performance

optimization of regional sales teams working across multiple states to ensure alignment with Mecwin's core values of

excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement Pan India sales strategies aligned with Mecwin's mission of

delivering sustainable and innovative solutions, adapting regional nuances for optimal impact.

Team Management and Performance Control: Lead and oversee the activities and performance of regional sales

personnel employed by Mecwin, ensuring they meet defined KPIs and operate under standardized processes. Create

a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Market Expansion & Customer Engagement: Identify growth opportunities and new markets across India,

leveraging Mecwin's competitive advantages. Strengthen customer relationships and deepen market reach,

particularly in solar pump, EV motor, and industrial product segments.

Sales Process Optimization: Implement robust sales processes and performance monitoring mechanisms aligned

with company standards, ensuring efficient and consistent execution nationwide.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, service, and supply chain

teams to synchronize efforts and ensure smooth delivery of customer commitments.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use real-time sales data, market intelligence, and predictive analytics to make

informed decisions, driving growth and addressing challenges proactively.

Brand and Values Ambassador: Uphold and exemplify Mecwin's vision of sustainability, innovation, and integrity

within internal teams and external market engagements.

Frequent Travel: Visit regional offices, key customers, and strategic markets regularly to maintain strong on-ground

presence and gather firsthand insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven expertise in managing Pan India sales operations with a track record of leading diverse regional sales teams

and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and influence stakeholders across

levels.

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Deep understanding of renewable energy products, electric vehicle motors, or industrial electrical equipment sales is

advantageous.

High adaptability to work from Bangalore HQ while managing remote teams and frequent travel within India.

Commitment to sustainability and driving business growth in alignment with green technology values.

Performance Metrics

Achievement of defined national sales targets and revenue growth aligned with annual business goals.

Growth and retention of customer base across key regions.
