Business Development & Social Media Intern (Work From Home)

About the Internship:

PearPop Media is hiring a proactive and creative intern who can assist in business development, client outreach, content support, and digital operations. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to branding, social media, and client acquisition while working directly with the founder.

Identify and research potential clients (India + International)

Lead generation through LinkedIn, Instagram, email lists, and online directories

Draft outreach messages, proposals, and follow-ups

Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheet

Assist in scheduling discovery calls and preparing briefs

Create basic Canva posts, carousels, and story creatives

Assist with reel ideas, scripts, and trend research

Help with captions, planning content ideas, and scheduling

Support in improving visual consistency for PearPop Media

Prepare presentations, mood boards, brand documents, and pitch decks

Support with portfolio-building tasks

Help organize project files, content libraries, and timelines

Conduct research on design trends, branding styles, and competitor analysis

Basic Canva skills

Strong communication (English)

Knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn formats

Research and lead-generation ability

Organized, disciplined, and willing to learn

Bonus: Basic video editing (CapCut/InShot), copywriting, PPT designing

2,500 per month + performance incentives (BD-based incentives for conversions & outreach).

3 months (extension based on performance)
