We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 1 to 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Good understanding of recruitment industry trends
