Job Title: Business Development Executive Recruitment Firm

Location: Mumbai - Dahisar (East) - Anand Nagar

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1 to 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Good understanding of recruitment industry trends

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
