Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Sales professional to join our remote team. The role involves lead generation, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. The individual will understand customer needs, provide suitable insurance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service - all while working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through online channels
  • Conduct virtual market research to identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Maintain records and reports digitally to track sales performance
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction remotely

  • Requirements:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Comfortable using online tools (CRM, email, video meetings, etc.)
    • Prior experience in insurance or sales is a plus
