Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to join immediately. The role focuses on customer acquisition, broker partnerships, and lead conversion through direct sales, relationship building, and on-ground marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and close sales leads through direct outreach, broker networks, and field visits.
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers, corporate partners, and local businesses.
  • Convert leads from online and offline channels into paying customers.
  • Conduct property visits, explain product offerings, and negotiate rental agreements.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion ratios.
  • Participate actively in local marketing campaigns, pamphlet distribution, and auto banner placements.
  • Share customer insights and market trends with the management team.
Requirements
  • Immediate joining availability.
  • 03 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (real estate, rentals, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market is a plus.
  • Strong excel
