Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential clients hiring tech talent or outsourcing development
Lead research & build prospect lists
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email & messaging
Maintain lead pipelines & CRM
Draft proposals, capability responses & follow-ups
Assist founders in closing deals & partnership conversations
Ideal CandidateExcellent communication & interpersonal skills
Passion for sales, business development, networking
Strong research & follow-up discipline
Basic understanding of tech or willingness to learn
Self-driven, target-oriented, proactive
