One Digital Land is a fast-growing marketing and branding company working with founders, leadership teams, and businesses across sectors to build stronger digital presence, credibility, and growth.

Our work spans areas such as LinkedIn management, personal branding, content-led visibility, and strategic marketing support. We work closely with clients to create meaningful business visibility and long-term positioning, not just surface-level marketing activity.

We are now looking for a highly proactive, ownership-driven Business Development & CRM Manager to join us.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who can take end-to-end responsibility for moving leads through the sales pipeline from first response and follow-up to qualification, call scheduling, CRM tracking, and post-call movement.

The founder will step in only for final closing conversations.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for complete ownership of the sales pipeline, including lead management, outreach, follow-ups, qualification, call scheduling, and post-call conversion support.

This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who is sharp, organized, consistent, and genuinely strong at moving conversations forward.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & CRM

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads across LinkedIn, email, referrals, website, and other channels
  • Maintain and update CRM regularly
  • Track leads across stages: New Warm Qualified Call Scheduled Closed
  • Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined follow-up and tracking

2. Outreach & Follow-ups

  • Handle LinkedIn and email conversations confidently
  • Follow up consistently with all leads
  • Drive conversations forward with speed, clarity, and ownership
  • Maintain strong response discipline across channels

3. Lead Qualification & Call Readiness

  • Qualify leads before scheduling calls
  • Coordinate and schedule calls efficiently
  • Share pre-call briefs with complete lead context, pain points, and opportunity size
  • Ensure the founder only steps into closure-ready conversations

4. Post-Call Conversion Support

  • Send proposals, decks, case studies, and relevant documents
  • Follow up consistently after calls until the lead is moved forward
  • Handle basic objections and queries with confidence
  • Keep momentum alive across all active opportunities

5. Pipeline Ownership & Reporting

  • Maintain daily and weekly pipeline trackers
  • Provide clear visibility on:
  • Leads contacted
  • Responses received
  • Calls booked
  • Deals in pipeline
  • Conversions
  • Build a strong, process-driven sales movement system

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 34 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing Agency / Marketing Services company
  • Strong understanding of:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • B2B sales cycles
  • Client communication and follow-ups
  • CRM management and pipeline tracking
  • Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and target-oriented
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Fast response time and strong commercial maturity

Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified calls booked per week
  • Lead-to-call conversion rate
  • Follow-up consistency
  • Revenue contribution
  • CRM accuracy and tracking discipline

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: INR 5Lac Per Annum
  • 5% commission on revenue closed
  • No upper cap on incentives

Work Model

  • Hybrid role
  • Candidate may be required to attend face-to-face client meetings as and when needed

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a closing-heavy sales role
  • Not just content creation
  • Not just unstructured outreach

This is a conversion-focused, system-driven role for someone who can take complete responsibility for moving leads through the pipeline and bringing them to a closure-ready stage.
