We are now looking for a highly proactive, ownership-driven Business Development & CRM Manager to join us.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who can take end-to-end responsibility for moving leads through the sales pipeline from first response and follow-up to qualification, call scheduling, CRM tracking, and post-call movement.
The founder will step in only for final closing conversations.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for complete ownership of the sales pipeline, including lead management, outreach, follow-ups, qualification, call scheduling, and post-call conversion support.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who is sharp, organized, consistent, and genuinely strong at moving conversations forward.
