We are looking for a high-performing BDE and Sales Manager with strong international sales experience to help accelerate our client acquisition and leave our global business development efforts.

- Custom Software Development
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- AI/ML & Data Engineering
- Real Estate Tech Platforms
- Mobile/Web App Development
- Cloud, DevOps & Automation
- Generateandconverthigh-qualityinternationalleadsacrosstheUS,Europe,UK,Middle East, and APAC.
- Lead,mentor,andmanageaBusinessDevelopmentteam,ensuringconsistentperformance.
- Build and manage a full international sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Use advanced outbound tools and methods:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo / ZoomInfo
HubSpot / Zoho CRM
Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Reply.io
- Develop strong sales messaging, proposals, email campaigns, and pitch decks.
- Conductclientcalls,discoverysessions,demos,negotiations,andclosehigh-valuedeals.
- Achieve aggressive quarterly sales targets and report on progress weekly.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in IT/Software services.
- PriorexperiencesellingtoclientsinRealEstateTech,Healthcare,Fintech,orSaaSis a strong plus.
- DeepunderstandingofSDLC,techstacks,cybersecurity,AI/dataservices,andSaaSworkflows.
- Hands-onexpertisewithLinkedInoutreach,globalprospecting,emailautomation&CRM tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Startup mindset: fast, execution-driven, accountable, and target-focused.
- Must be willing to work on-site from Ahmedabad or Rajkot office.
