We are looking for a high-performing BDE and Sales Manager with strong international sales experience to help accelerate our client acquisition and leave our global business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive global sales for Techiebutler's IT services including:

  • Custom Software Development
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • AI/ML & Data Engineering
  • Real Estate Tech Platforms
  • Mobile/Web App Development
  • Cloud, DevOps & Automation
  • Generateandconverthigh-qualityinternationalleadsacrosstheUS,Europe,UK,Middle East, and APAC.
  • Lead,mentor,andmanageaBusinessDevelopmentteam,ensuringconsistentperformance.
  • Build and manage a full international sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
  • Use advanced outbound tools and methods:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Apollo / ZoomInfo

HubSpot / Zoho CRM

Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Reply.io

  • Develop strong sales messaging, proposals, email campaigns, and pitch decks.
  • Conductclientcalls,discoverysessions,demos,negotiations,andclosehigh-valuedeals.
  • Achieve aggressive quarterly sales targets and report on progress weekly.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in IT/Software services.
  • PriorexperiencesellingtoclientsinRealEstateTech,Healthcare,Fintech,orSaaSis a strong plus.
  • DeepunderstandingofSDLC,techstacks,cybersecurity,AI/dataservices,andSaaSworkflows.
  • Hands-onexpertisewithLinkedInoutreach,globalprospecting,emailautomation&CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Startup mindset: fast, execution-driven, accountable, and target-focused.
  • Must be willing to work on-site from Ahmedabad or Rajkot office.
