Role Description

This on-site, full-time Business Development/Sales Manager role is based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing business strategies, and driving revenue growth. The individual will be responsible for lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, and closing deals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to offer tailored SAP solutions and staying updated on industry trends are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably in the ERP, SAP, or technology sectors
  • Skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Strategic thinking capabilities and expertise in creating business proposals and presentations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of digital transformation processes and ERP solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes
