Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Business Development/Sales Manager for a full-time role based on-site in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales to meet organizational targets. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, and promoting Ikyam's SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will also contribute to competitive analysis and provide insights to improve the company's market position.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to drive lead generation and close deals.
  • Proficiency in crafting and implementing sales strategies, and expertise in managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP solutions, and understanding of digital transformation and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and use insights to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in SAP or sales are advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in ERP solutions or technology services.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment in Hyderabad.
