Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development & Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives in the architecture and interior design industry. The role also involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaborating with the design team to align client needs with the company's offerings. The manager will be expected to oversee the sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and represent the company in client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and convert inbound & outbound sales inquiries for premium interior projects
Attend client meetings, understand scope, and present design capabilities confidently
Conduct site visits with clients in NCR from pitches
Prepare BOQs, commercial proposals,
presentations, and sales pitches
Manage CRM follow-ups, negotiation, and closure of deals
Represent the brand with professionalism and strong business understanding
Support marketing and events when required
Availability on Sundays for client calls (whenever needed)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Background in Interior Design / Architecture (education or strong work history in premium design firms)
3-6 years experience in Sales / Business Development in Interior design or luxury segment companies
Excellent English communication & presentation skills (both verbal & written)
Confident, well-spoken, polished & presentable personality
Self-driven with strong ambition to grow in a fast-scale environment
Good knowledge of BOQs, design terminology & cost structures
Must be comfortable with field visits, travel for
meetings, and dynamic schedules
Driving license + own car highly preferred
