Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Support business growth initiatives and partnership opportunities.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
