Job Description

This internship offers practical exposure to business development, client relationship management, project coordination, digital marketing, and startup operations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads generated through our website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Re-engage old leads and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Assist in creating and implementing business development and sales strategies to drive organizational growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of ongoing projects.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business communication documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project updates using CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to improve research, communication, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and project progress, and prepare weekly reports and insights.
  • Support fundraising, sponsorship, partnership, and outreach initiatives to expand the Foundation's impact.
