Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development intern to drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships with founders and decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in outreach, relationship-building, sales conversations, and consultative selling within the marketing, PR, and branding industry

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients including startups, founders, SMEs, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Initiate conversations with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
  • Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Build trust-based relationships rather than transactional sales interactions.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Understand client requirements and identify suitable Growth Jet Media services.
  • Present proposals, media opportunities, and marketing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
